MEET THE TEAM
As a little girl, Sara has always had a love for design, finding joy in creating a cozy and comfortable home. Growing up as the youngest sibling with four older brothers, the closest in age being 18 years older, she was surrounded by construction her whole life. And now, her husband is a contractor, too! Their weekends are all about heading to the lake with their dogs, Allie and Creek. It's their little slice of paradise where they can unwind. It is Sara’s dream come true to combine her love for design with her husband's expertise in construction. Design has always been her thing and she loves to bring that warm and inviting atmosphere to every home she touches.
SARA FINK
Ivey is from Carthage, MO, and graduated Pittsburg State University in 2025, majoring in Interior Design with an emphasis in construction and graphic design. Ivey married her high school sweetheart, Lucas, and loves spending her free time seeing new places with her husband, antiquing with her mom and sisters, and all things design!
She started working for Robbins Fink Interiors in May of 2024 as an intern. She focuses mainly on drafting floor plans and remodels, helping pick out finishes, and decorating! Ivey’s favorite part about her job is getting to do something new everyday!
IVEY NEUENSWANDER
Kara joined our office in March 2024 as our social media manager and has now also transitioned to our office administration team doing time organization, billing, invoicing and pretty much any other job that helps the office keep running smoothly so the design team can focus on their clients. On top of admin work she runs all of our social media accounts. She is the woman who keeps our platforms updated with both progress during jobs and when they are complete!
Kara married her husband Jake, who is Sara’s nephew, in October 2017 and together they are raising four children, Corbin, Deklan, Addison, and Ridger.
KARA ROBBINS
Growing up, interior design was always a natural passion of hers. Whether she was watching her mom turn a house into a home or rearranging her bedroom a hundred times until it felt just right, she was constantly drawn to creating meaningful spaces. In 2016, when her family built their dream lake home on Table Rock, everything clicked. Watching the process unfold confirmed what she already felt deep down— She wanted to design spaces that inspire and bring comfort to others.
She believes your home should reflect who you are, and that every space should spark joy, purpose, and connection. Baileigh graduated from Pittsburg State University in 2025, and with each project she takes on, she is reminded that this is exactly what she was meant to do. Designing isn’t just a career for her— it’s something she truly enjoys, takes immense pride in and pours her heart into.
BAILEIGH RILEY
Paige went to Missouri State with Sara for interior design and currently lives in KC with her husband Kyle, their two boys Danny and Andrew. Paige does a lot of our shopping for accessories and furniture sourcing in the KC area (they have way better shopping of course!)
